Shuttle Buses
Shuttle buses will run from Hotel at Avalon to Little River Farms. There will be two departure times:
Departure #1: Be prepared to be at the meeting spot no later than 4:45pm for the 5:00pm departure.
Departure #2: Be prepared to be at the meeting spot no later than 5:30pm for the 5:45pm departure.
The buses will stage to the far right from the lobby, at the end of the building towards the ballrooms so that the vehicles are not blocking traffic and guests can board safely (see photo below).
The shuttle will be making a stop on the return route to Olde Blind Dog for the after party.
